Cancellation terms for peace of mind

To ensure that you can look forward to your holiday and plan it with peace of mind even in these unusual times, we are broadening our cancellation terms for stays in 2021 as follows:

You can cancel your stay at Tenuta delle Rose with no fuss and free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival for one of the following reasons:

– an official travel warning for Tuscany;

– the imposition of official quarantine restrictions on travellers returning from Tuscany.

In these situations we will cancel your booking free of charge. Ideally we will convert the deposit you have already paid into a voucher with no expiry date. If requested, however, we are also happy to refund your deposit.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance that covers the following eventualities, among others:

– you yourself contracting Covid-19;

– a close relative or a person living in the same household as you contracting Covid-19, entailing your urgent presence or the imposition of quarantine restrictions.

Our usual cancellation terms as set out in the booking contract apply in all other respects.
